Park Rules and Regulations

Membership Rules

  • 1. Barks N Brews Liability Waiver Agreement releases Barks N Brews from any liability to you, your dog(s), or anyone on Barks N Brews properties who have purchased a Daily Pass/Membership or are visiting without accompaniment of a dog.
  • 2. All dogs must be current on vaccinations and show proof of vaccination prior to entering the park. Dogs must be at least four months or older to enter. All dogs one year or older must be spayed or neutered.
  • 3. Barks N Brews is not responsible for injury or illness caused on Barks N Brews properties. All day pass holders and members are legally responsible for any illness or injury to their dog(s) or damage to their properties.
  • 4. No food (dog or human) is permitted inside the Barks N Brews fences.
  • 5. Dog owners must remain with their dogs in the Barks N Brews fences while their dogs are playing in the park. Deserting dogs is prohibited.
  • 6. Barks N Brews staff have the right to refuse service to any persons for any reason.
  • 7. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior will be asked to leave the park for the day and given a 1-strike warning. Barks N Brews has a 3-strike policy. After you are given a third strike, you will be asked not to return to the park.
  • 8. All customers understand that participation at Barks N Brews is voluntary and you must enter at your own risk.
